Once upon a time, celebrities endorsed brands. Brooke had her Calvins. Catherine Zeta loved all things T-Mobile. But now it’s 2016, and if Jessica Alba (or was it George Foreman?) has taught us anything, it’s that you can’t just slap your face on a product. Real success requires something of your own .

Lucky for gourmands everywhere, VIPs the world over have decided that means getting involved with food. Jessica Biel now has her own Los Angeles restaurant, Au Fudge . Gwyneth Paltrow just released a fourth cookbook. Even comedian Aziz Ansari made us salivate through all 10 episodes of Master of None .

In the awards for best food-loving celebrity, there’s no shortage of contestants. Here are our seven nominations:

1.Jason Mraz x Cafe Gratitude

When the soulful singer first visited this California mini-chain’s Berkeley location, he knew he had to invest. And the partnership seems to be mutually beneficial: Mraz credits vegan Cafe Gratitude with his transformation from rock star bad boy to a happily married, avocado-farming Grammy-winner. (It must also help that wife Christina is a former chef.) Pro tip: Mraz lives in San Diego, and is known to frequent that location on the reg.

Who would have thought we’d be following Chrissy Teigen’s rules for indulging? Illustration by Laura Lannes

2.Chrissy Teigen x Delushious

Teigen’s first cookbook, Cravings , is currently flying off shelves both IRL and online. Her food blog is also fairly popular and features some pretty adorable shots of John Legend tossing onions in what one presumes to be their kitchen (but might also be a soundstage in Los Angeles). In truth, this girl has some great, easy-to-follow, indulgent recipes. But whatever you do, don’t eat this Italian sausage meatloaf hoagie and expect to look Sports Illustrated -ready.

3.Jessica Biel x Au Fudge

Mrs. Timberlake officially has everything. Her first restaurant opened in Los Angeles last month, marking the first celeb restaurant aimed at…entertaining children. Unicorn heads adorn the walls; a “Creativity Room” provides au pairs to look after your kids while you wait for a table. But there is one issue, and it’s not the fact Hollywood’s youth has nicer clothes than most of us. It’s that at $6 a cupcake, this dessert-focused restaurant is not for the feint of wallet.

4.Aziz Ansari x …. Everyone

Anyone who’s seen Netflix’s Master of None knows Ansari is a foodie. The show shot everywhere from New York’s Dirty French to the ever-trendy Mission Chinese Food , where one Olsen even held her birthday. But worry not —you won’t have to wait for season two to again experience Aziz’s food favorites. Just visit the comedian’s Instagram , and you’ll have plenty to nom with.

5.Tiffani Thiessen x Cooking Channel

She’s no longer Tiffani Amber , but Theissen is now an official tastemaker with her own TV show, Cooking Channel’s Dinner at Tiffani’s , and a lifestyle blog that has Blake Lively salivating on the sidelines. Now where did I put that Bunny Bark

6.Gwyneth Paltrow x Herself

Speaking of lifestyle sites…the woman who once called Mario Batali her spiritual godfather is pretty much the OG foodie celebrity. Her natural-leaning web mag, Goop , launched in 2006—that’s pre -Instagram, people—and has an entire vertical dedicated to food. Paltrow’s fourth cookbook, It’s All Easy , also just dropped.

Lauren Conrad has upped her foodie cred since Laguna Beach. Illustration by Laura Lannes

7.Lauren Conrad x LaurenConrad.com

Conrad just turned 30 and has already had, like, eight careers: reality TV star, fashion designer, serial monogamist, and now…chef? The Laguna Beach star runs a section of her website called Dine , a recipe blog that reads like the love child of an Anthropologie catalog and a cookbook. Everything is pastel and social media ready.
